Welcome to By Beth! These terms and conditions govern the use of our website and our bridal makeup services. By booking services or using our website, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully, as they outline your rights and responsibilities, as well as ours.

 

Who Can Use This Website

 

Our website is open to anyone who wishes to browse or learn more about our services. However, booking services is only available to individuals over the age of 18 who have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. By using this site, you agree that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, and for all activities that occur under your account.

 

Booking and Payments

 

• Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once made, these payments secure your booking for the agreed-upon date and services.

• Final Payment: Full payment is required 30 days before the wedding. Failure to pay by this deadline will result in the cancellation of your booking. For weddings booked within 30 days of the event, full payment is required at the trial session.

• Cancellations: Cancellations made within 30 days of your wedding will still require full payment. This includes any cancellations from bridal party members within this timeframe.

 

Changes and Cancellations

 

• Artist Cancellation: In the rare case I have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided for any payments made.

• Emergency Situations: Should an emergency or severe illness prevent me from attending your wedding, I will make every effort to arrange a trusted, highly recommended replacement artist.

• Date Changes: If you postpone your wedding to a future year, an additional fee may be charged to cover potential price increases for that new date.

 

Trial Sessions

 

• Cancellation of Trial: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a £20 fee.

• Bridal Party Adjustments: Adjustments to the number of makeup applications are allowed. However, if the number of bridal party members drops below the selected package within 60 days of the wedding, full payment for the original number is still required.

 

Health and Safety

 

• Allergies and Skin Sensitivities: It’s essential to inform me of any allergies or skin sensitivities you or your bridal party may have. If anyone has a contagious skin condition, I will be unable to apply makeup for that person.

• Liability: I maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene with all tools and products. However, I cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions or skin complications.

 

Photography and Media

 

• Usage of Images: I may take photos or videos during your trial and wedding day for use in my portfolio or on social media. If you do not want your images used for these purposes, please inform me ahead of time.

 

General Provisions

 

• Changes to Services: I reserve the right to modify or discontinue any services offered through the website without prior notice. This could be due to changes in availability, pricing, or business needs.

• Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or any other method specified during the booking process.

• Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, are the intellectual property of By Beth. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of these materials is prohibited.

• Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any user account or booking if we suspect misuse of services or a violation of these terms.
